ROE, Marlene (née Zehr) - Passed away peacefully, surrounded by the love of her family on Tuesday, July 11th, 2017 at the Woodstock Hospital in her 78th year. Beloved wife of Bruce Roe for over 56 years. Loving mother of Judy (Gordon) Downey and Wayne (Karen) Roe. Cherished grandmother of Angie Downey, Karen Dona, Steven Puffer, Jessie Bell and Laura Downey. Dear sister of Carol (Don) Mordue and Donald (Pat) Zehr. Proud great-grandmother of Noelle Dona-DeGraaf. Predeceased by her parents Laverne and Edna (Nafziger) Zehr. Friends are invited to join the family at the BROCK AND VISSER FUNERAL HOME , 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, (519-539-0004) on Monday July 17th, 2017 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am where funeral service will be held in the chapel at 11:00 am. Interment at Innerkip Cemetery. If desired, memorial contributions to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society, would be appreciated and may be arranged through the funeral home.
