HOWEY, Shirley Mae - "Your wings were ready but our hearts were not." After an inspiring journey of life, we announce the passing of Shirley Mae Howey peacefully at her home, on November 17, 2016. Loving mother of the late Timothy Howey (1998), and the daughter of the late Mary Jane and William Pellow, and the late Francis Sales Frizelle. Known as “Sis”, her beautiful life will forever be cherished in the lives of her brothers, Wray (Elaine) Frizelle, Ron (Juanita) Frizelle, William (Donna) Frizelle, Karl (Sharon) Pellow, Lloyd (Pam) Pellow, the late Allen Pellow, and a host of devoted nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She will be missed by her greatest friend Jean Howey, and her loving cousin Nancy Miles. “Aunt Sis” was an incredible role model to her nieces Rhonda, Cyndi, and great niece Ashley as we journeyed together through this incredible battle with cancer.
