Full Text: Passed away peacefully in his 97th year at Woodstock Hospital on March 6, 2023. Loving father of Gary (Ardis), Rick (late Diane) and the late Dan Morrison. Doug is survived by 6 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Doug was a long-term resident of Forest Estates and a long-term employee of General Motors in Oshawa, Ontario. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and inventing.

A special thank you to the staff at Park Place Retirement Home and Trillium Care Center for the exceptional support to Doug during his time in their care. If you so desire, donation to the charity of your choice would be appreciated.

Cremation has taken place. A memorial visitation will take place on Saturday March 18, 2023, from 1-3 p.m. followed by a memorial service at 3 p.m. at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home (845 Devonshire Ave. (519-539-0004)
