MAHONEY, Jean Anne (nee Upthegrove)
1937 - 2023
After a long battle with dementia, Jean passed away with her loving and devoted husband of over 64 years Bill Mahoney by her side, on Tuesday February 14, 2023. Loving mother of Tom Mahoney, Matt (predeceased 2000) and his wife Evelyn Mahoney, and Judy and her husband Brad Sweetland. Cherished grandmother of Scott Mahoney, Kathleen and Darren Sandjas, Chris Sweetland and Danielle Morgan, Alex and Elisa Sweetland, and great-grandmother of Riley and Cameron Sandejas. Jean was predeceased by her parents Alton and Margaret Upthegrove, and sister Marion George.
Our Family would like to thank Caressant Care Nursing Home in Woodstock for their many years of providing care for Jean. Cremation has taken place and a family Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Memorial donations made to Participation House Support Services - Enriching Lives in London, Ontario are appreciated.
