Passed away peacefully at the Woodstock Hospital on Saturday, May 7, 2022, in his 80th year. Beloved husband of Una for 34 years. Devoted father of Derek (Angie), John (Racheal), Jason and Victoria (Steven). Dear brother of Barbara (Len) Boychuk. Cherished grandfather of Jeremy, Alexandria, and Brianna. Proud great-grandfather of Carrie and Wilhelm. Survived by his nieces Kimberly and Pamela as well as 3 great-nieces and 4 great-nephews. Predeceased by his mother Isabel (2011) and his father Ross (2016). Ross Spent 22 years in the Royal Canadian Navy before retiring and moving to Woodstock, where he owned and operated a taxi company for 20 years. Ross was an active member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Moose Family Centre, and the Navy Club. A private family service will be held. In lieu of flowers, a donation to The Royal Canadian Legion, The Moose Family Centre, or the Navy Club, would be appreciated.
