Passed peacefully at Alexandra Hospital on March 9, 2021 in his 88th year. Dearly loved husband of Dorothy (Schultz) for 64 wonderful years. Father of the late Richard Ball (2015), Janice (Mark) Kirwin, Sheila (Peter) Johnson, and Bradley (Joanne) Ball.

Treasured grandfather of Michelle (Jon) Hutcheson, Leanne Ball (Bob), Greg (Ashley) Ball, Matthew (Catharine) Kirwin, Susan Kirwin (Faiez), Vince (Danielle) Kirwin, Allison (Dan) Augello, Patrick Loosley, Mitchell Ball (Jenah), Carly Ball and Brianna Ball (Eli). Step- grandfather of Jeremy Johnson (Kyla), James Johnson, Joel (Linda) Johnson. Great-grandfather of fourteen and one on the way.

Dear brother of Watson (Margaret) Ball and brother-in-law of John Schultz (Dianne). Survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by sister Helen (Harold) Ulch, brothers Gerald (Margaret) Ball, Allan (Barbara) Ball, sister-in-law Marie Schultz.

We will miss Lloyd's smile, his quiet strength, and his pride and love of family. A private family service will be held at McBeath-Dynes Funeral Home on Saturday, March 13, 2021 with interment at a later date.
