It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Johanna Chapman (Jan). She passed away peacefully with her children by her side on January 28, 2021. Predeceased by her parents James (Jim) and Aafke. Proud, loving Mother of Cory Chapman (Rebecca), and Katie Watson (Paul). She was the youngest of four children, two brothers and one sister. Survived by Ron (Barb), Lucille, and Tony (Melonie). Cherished Grandmother to Georgia, Sydney, Blake, Naomi and Nash. She was a loving Aunty to Andrew (Kim), Aubrey Iwaniw (Chris), Craig, Graham (Grace), Micheal MacLeod, Jennifer Dunn, and Alex Dunn. Jan worked for WDDS for 18 years. She was the epitome of strength and kindness. She was the most selfless, caring soul. Jan loved all animals especially her granddogs and grandkitty, Cutty, Molly and Zoe. The family wishes to express their sincere thanks to the staff at Woodstock Hospital for their compassionate care. Cremation will take place.
