Ryan Edward Witmer, 24, of R.R. 1, Bright passed away peacefully at his residence, with family by his side, on Thursday, July 18, 2019.
He was born in Cambridge on March 6, 1995 a son of Steven James Witmer and the former Karen Donna Bechtel.
Ryan was a dairy farmer who had a great love for his family and a passion for farming.
He is survived by his wife, the former Jenna Victoria Rogers; two daughters, Clara Joyce Witmer and Jules Victoria Witmer; his parents, Steven and Karen Witmer; his brother, Adam Witmer; two sisters, Laura Witmer and friend Daniel Miller and Amanda Witmer; his grandfather, Bruce Witmer and wife Pat; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Ronald and Jeanette Rogers; his brother-in-law, Wyatt Rogers; his aunts and uncles, Bonnie and Scott Wells, Heather and Daniel Goetz, Kevin and Stephanie Bechtel, Wendy and David Imrie, Nancy and Bert Loggan along with several cousins and their families.
He was predeceased by grandparents, Joyce Witmer, Harold and Donna Bechtel.
Relatives and friends will be received in the FRANCIS FUNERAL HOME, 77 Woodstock Street North, Tavistock on Monday from 7-9 p.m. and Tuesday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held in the Tavistock and District Memorial Hall, 3 Adam Street at Maria Street, Tavistock on Wednesday July 24, 2019 at 11 a.m. The Rev. Lloyd Bennett and The Rev. David Duncan, will officiate. Reception following. Interment in East Zorra 17th Line Cemetery, east of Cassel, will follow the reception.
