It is with immense sadness that we announce that a gentleman has passed. James (Jim) Bowman passed away on Friday May 24, 2019 at Sakura House, Woodstock.

The following words best describe Jim: kind, considerate, honest, genuine, respectful, and a natural conversationalist (affectionately known as "captain conversation"). Family was his top priority.
Jim leaves behind his loving wife of 62 years, Patricia Bowman. Loving father of five children: Julie Gibbons (Steve), Jeff Bowman (Chris), Bill Bowman (Jenny), Tracy Hulet, and Jim Jr. Bowman. Jim was a life-long resident of Woodstock. A longtime employee at Commercial Print-Craft Ltd., and in retirement drove the courtesy shuttle van for Anderson's Auto Group. Jim was a member of the Oxford County Naval Veterans Association. He loved camping and travelling, and cheering on his favourite sports teams - the Toronto Blue Jays, Chicago Black Hawks, and the London Knights.
