KOZINSKI, Tomasz “Tom” - Passed away with his sons at his side on Saturday, February 23, 2019 at Stedman Community Hospice, Brantford, Tomasz “Tom” Adam Kozinski of Woodstock at the age of 67. Dear son of Stefania and the late Stanislaw Kozinski. His beloved wife Elzbieta Kozinski (nee Laszczyk) predeceased him on May 30, 2018. Loving father of Krystian Kozinski and his wife Sarah of Brantford and Hubert Kozinski of Woodstock/Brantford. Proud Dziadek of Amber, Alyssa, Rozalia and Violetta. Sadly missed by his siblings Krzysiek, Malgosia and Czarek and their families. He will be fondly remembered by his father- in- law Albert Laszczyk and all of Elzbieta’s family. Also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family in Canada and Poland. Predeceased by his mother-in-law Rozalia Laszczyk. The family will receive friends at the SMITH-LeROY FUNERAL HOME , 69 Wellington St. N, Woodstock (519-537-3611) on Friday, March 1, 2019 from 6-8 p.m. A funeral mass will be held on Saturday, March 2, 2019 at 10:30 am at Holy Cross Polish Community Church, 169 Ingersoll Rd., Woodstock, ON with Fr. Dariusz Jagodzinski as celebrant. Interment will take place in the spring in St. Mary’s Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy donations may be made to Stedman Community Hospice.
