SCHRAM, Jacqueline Anna - After a brief illness, passed away at Sakura House, Woodstock, on Sunday September 16th, 2018, in her 80th year. Loving wife of Gerry Schram for nearly 60 years. Dear mother of Bonnie (Robin) Hughes, John (Gisele) Schram, Sandra Schram and Michael (Kim) Schram. Cherished grandmother of Jessica (Chase), Matthew, Jerry, Patrick, Katelyne and Grace. Proud great grandmother of Savannah and Jackson. Beloved sister of Fred (Brenda) Patterson. Jacqueline will always be remembered by her many nieces, nephews and extended family members. Friends and relatives are invited to join the family at the BROCK AND VISSER FUNERAL HOME , 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock (519-539-0004), on Saturday September 22nd from 12-3. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Habitat for Humanity would be appreciated and may be arranged through the funeral home. Personal online condolences at www.brockandvisser.com. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at the Woodstock Hospital, Victoria Hospital and Sakura House for all their help and support during this journey.
