BEYNEN, Theodore "Ted" - passed away at the Woodstock Hospital, on Tuesday, June 23, 2015. Ted was in his 91st year. Loving husband of Hendrina "Doreen" (nee Verhoeven). Beloved father of John (Betty), Don (Marie), Liz Cole (Clare), Betty Ann Valente (Lou), Thea Kikut (John), Jerry (Heather), and Bill. Predeceased by sons Barry (1958) and Tony (1970). Sadly missed by 12 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Survived by brother Hubert of Strathroy. Predeceased by one sister and two brothers. Fondly remembered by all of his family in Holland. Ted enjoyed his family time, was an avid gardener and loved playing cards, and served as an honourary member with the Knights of Columbus. The family will receive friends at the SMITH-LeROY FUNERAL HOME , 69 Wellington St. N., Woodstock on Friday, June 26, 2015 from 7-9 p.m.; and at Holy Trinity Catholic Parish, 1420 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock on Saturday from 9-10 a.m., where the funeral mass will follow at 10:00 a.m. with Fr. Rick Dales as celebrant. Parish Prayers will be held from the funeral home on Friday evening at 6:30 p.m. As an expression of sympathy donations may be made to the Holy Trinity Building Fund or Ingersoll Support Services.
