BERLETTE, Henry Alexander (Hank) – April 13, 1934 - February 16, 2014, Passed away at Sakura House after a fight with cancer on February 16, 2014, surrounded by the love of his family. Predeceased by his parents Clare S. Berlette and Marjorie A. Berlette (nee Downs), his loving wife of 40 years Pauline Berlette (nee Bush), his brother Bob "Shorty" Berlette and sister-in-law Ann Rae (nee Pavelich). Fondly remembered by granddaughters Käthe Lemon, Sarah Lemon, nieces Jennifer Smith and Sarah Saif, nephew Christopher Berlette and all of their families. Hank was a life-long resident of Woodstock, and took over the family business, Berlette Motors. A fishing trip in Northern Ontario in 1971 introduced Hank to his friend and marriage partner, Pauline. Together they enjoyed many years of travelling the world and regular trips to Florida to golf. Hank had a fondness for cars, often travelling to Detroit for the International Auto Show. Every dog needs a boy and every boy needs a dog and Hank was no exception. Over the years many of man's best friends became a part of the household. The family would like to thank Pat Miller for her care and support during Hank's time of illness. Knowing that he did not want a formal funeral service, as a family we invite you to remember Hank while enjoying a scotch and water. If desired, memorial donations to a charity of one's choice would be appreciated by the family and can be made through the SMITH-LeROY FUNERAL HOME, 69 Wellington St, North, Woodstock. Personal condolences can be sent at www.smithleroy.com Smith-LeRoy (519)537-3611
