PACKER, Phillip - At Sakura House in Woodstock on Friday December 16,2011, Phillip George Packer of Woodstock, in his 53rd year. Beloved brother of Ronald Packer. Dear son of the late Bessie Leone Packer (Jenne) and the late George Norman Packer, all of Woodstock. Phil had a huge heart and his kindness will always be remembered by all that he knew. Per Phil's wishes there will be no service.
